Ever did a PAR test?

No, I don't have a PAR test--wish I had a PAR meter. Are the Aqua Blue bulbs you have on your tank the azures or corals?

I was using 4x 80w 60" ATI blue plus, with 14k MH, and tried out a pair of Giesemann super actinics. I hated the color and how dim the bulbs are and they were out within a week. If your looking for pop the blue pluses do a far better job. Of course I'm still of the opinion nothing matches VHO super actinics.

Now I have heard from people in the Industry that the gases that are used in the ATI bulbs are the same as those used in the Geisseman. Would anyone care to elaborate or contradict?
