Can anyone tell what might have been the demise of my tang? Had him about a week!

Pictures of dead fish rarely, if ever tell us enough. I can see some spots that could be ich, but not enough of them to be a cause of death.

Did you see any rapid breathing or not eating yesterday?
What other fish were in with it?

Sorry about your fish - can you give any more information? Size, source, water parameters, Quarantine, as others have mentioned, any other symptoms in the tang - or the other fish? What are your parameters? Could there have been a problem with acclimation. I also see the spots - but there are also some on the glass - so it's a little difficult to see.
