New tang - Flukes?

Just got this tang yesterday. I can’t quarantine so I’ve been eyeing him for a week at the lfs. He was doing amazing and the day I bought him, I watched him for an hour or two before I decided to get him. These spots showed up yesterday and don’t necessarily look like ick or velvet. Could it be flukes?

these spots are an oval shape and just lighter color or the fish. There’s not many and some of them have another darker oval inside the pale-ish spots

Look closely at the pictures near the tail fin, under the dorsal fin toward the back

Beautiful fish.

I'm not seeing anything to be concerned with in that picture.
