New tang

So I have a 3-4 inch gem tang in my 72x18x16 120 gallon tank. He has been in there 4 days. I added a yellow eye Kole tang about the same size. The gem went crazy and would charge the Kole. I added a mirror and rearranged the aquascape. Have 2 algae clips and keep nori and fed 3 times a day. The gem is cruising around fine but the Kole is hiding. How many days until I should worry and possibly pull the Kole and rehome?

If the Kole starts to look skinny or has visible wounds from bullying, I’d personally separate. If it’s still eating and gaining weight, and doesn’t have wounds, give it more time to warm up.

Thanks. It’s only been 1 day so far but just wanted to make sure. I’ll keep an eye out for any of that. Just feel bad cause the poor guy is hiding under a large toadstool that my clowns call home.

Watch that the clowns don’t start bullying as well, and keep an eye on his breathing. If his breathing is rapid or above 200bpm I would separate sooner
