New tank 5 weeks old gfo questions

So have a 72 bowfront and just picked up 2 separate gfo container and pumps put carbon in one and then had amoina remover in the other but someone told me not to run it cause need it to finish up cycle so what else should I put n it or should I b running anything yet

gfo is used to remove exess Po. Test your parameters and see what wor Phosphate is before using it. Waat ammoina remover are you using and why. Ammonia is one of the key things that feed the cycling bacteria.
And no I personally wouldnt run anything while it cycles.

Only run GFO if your tank setup requires it, High Po4. As @saltyfilmfolks said, I wouldn't run anything in your tank until it fully matures and then Only if it requires it. Patience in the long run will pay for itself
