Probably combo Diatoms and Cyanobacteria.

Now ya gots hair algae in there, and a good case of it also. Whats the phosphate reading? I don't see the Diatoms anymore, you still have the brown patches?

The brown patches are still there, but more in the back of the tank where the flow is directed at rocks. Really dark brown.

Phospates coming in close to 0...... Nitrates 0-3

I am running a fuge with Chaeto that is growing just fine also.

I started with Dry Rock, and just plopped it in. I am thinking I am going to have to deal with this until the old crud in the dry rocks fully leaches out. I also repositioned the powerhead for better flow, and it does do some sand stirring. The day after I re positioned it I noticed a big growth.

Yea, you may have an issue unitl the rock settles up. You can use a lil brush on the rock and get that stuff off though.
