New tank .algea talk.

My 125gal tank has finished cycling. I have 2 fish about 10 hermits and 1 emerald crab. The fish are a engineer goby and a zebra goby thing. Coraline algea is blooming very well also im getting a light brown algea forming that the hermits and emerald eat. My water parameters are pretty much perfect my nitrates are still slightly high i think and ive been dosing the proper amount of redseas nopox and that's been bringing the nitrates down very well. Any thoughts on increasing the productivity of the coraline growth and decreasing the brown stuff?

Sorry, not really. It's awesome that you have coraline growing so soon. You can make sure it doesn't stall out by monitoring your alkalinity and calcium. Ofc, strong light will also help it along, but will do the same for your algae.

When that coralline is all over your glass you will be asking how to keep it from growing so much. Changes happen in tanks for the first year. I would not worry too much about trying to change it. Most tanks find a sweet spot over time.
