New tank, can I inteoduce LPS??

Yes starting with live ocean rock will give you the best chance of success with corals. Since the rock is fully established and covered in coralline you can add corals as soon as no ammonia registers and you do a water change to reduce nitrates after the mini cycle which should only be a few days and should not be longer than a week. Generally when you start to see coralline algae in a tank that means that the tank is ready for corals
Okay now I think I will do this for sure since i dont want to wait endless months nor risk anything. would i have to cure the rock first before adding it to my aquarium?

You can do it two ways.

Put the rock in a trash can etc with heater and powerhead until ammonia is not present. Then add rock to tank that has live sand in a bad and clean water.

Or add the rock to the tank that has the sand and when no ammonia is present do a large water change

Okay Sure will go with this method, thanks a lot , this really helped a lot!!!

If you buy RODI water from the LFS test the water for ammonia. If you get a positive reading that means the city treats the water with chloramines. If so do not use the water. Buy Ozarka distilled. And for a 10% weekly WC you only need two gallons a week. My tank is all distilled water due to chloramines. Have tested several brands and Ozarka distilled is yet to give me a positive ammonia reading. Click on my build thread and check out my corals

I was going to start my tank with ocean rock but a LFS owner was breaking down one of his tanks so I used the well established pukani instead just fond of Pukani rock but results will be the same
