New tank. Clown fish maybe sick?

Parts of my rock are starting to turn golden/brown but my sand is still really white could this be a diatom bloom starting and if so what actions should I take? I want to make sure the fish stays in clear good water as best I can. I will get pics tonight but you can kind of see it in the picture above.

Actually this one I snapped while trying to get one of the fish shows it.

diatom blooms are normal for new tanks. They all go through it. You'll just keep doing your water changes as normal and if you don't have a cuc yet, then add one. If you already have one, they will help eat it.

I have 4 margarita snails 5 red leg hermits and a cleaner shrimp. Will that be sufficient or should I add something else? I was hoping to add the second clown fish by now but I'm going to wait until the current one is 100%. Also the one I have right now is a misbar blood orange clown do I need to add that exact type? In order for me to get that exact one I have to travel 2 hours each way to the distributor.

blood oranges are a mix of ocellaris and maroon. I've never tried to mix them with anything else. If you were to try, I'd go with an ocellaris.
