New tank cycle

Hey there....Im on day 23 with new Biocube 32; started with 28lbs live rock, 20lbs live sand and and just filter floss and chemi blue in back; I dosed it once with Dr Tims Bacteria on day 2 as per fish store. I have not seen any levels spike at all...did i cycle without knowing it? day 14 added 2 small clowns. still no spike.added skunk cleaner shrimp yesterday~ Day 23 and all looks to be ok.... planning water change at 30 days....any advice would be appreciated... to clarify , I havent had any levels of ammonia(APi test sometimes shows it to be .25 but then somedays 0), nitrite or nitrate.... PH is at 8~

Quick cycling with bottled bacteria is possible, but I would continue testing for ammonia for a while just to be on the safe side.
