New tank cycle

So we did our inital fill 3 days ago. Added Dr. Tim's one and only and ammonium. To the tank. We forgot to put the bio media pellets in. Should we add now, later or did we completely screw it up??? They are new and still in bag.‍‍‍

I don't see any problem with adding in pellets now. My understanding is that they're there to help bacteria grow by providing additional surface area etc.
(I'm still new to the hobby though, so may or may not be completely accurate info).
