Can i start dosing All for Reef, as my tank is cycling?

No. There isn't anything in a new tank that is consuming the elements you want to replace. You probably can get buy with regular water changes for the first year.
I suggest you slow down and let your tank finish cycling first.

No. As I said in your other identical thread, you don’t dose until you have something consuming alk, calcium, mag, etc. It makes zero sense. Put the AFR in the closet for a few months. Test alkalinity and calcium every few days. Eventually you will see the alkalinity start decreasing. That’s when you start dosing.

We have all been there. I suggest reading a bit more about the purpose of dosing rather than how to do it.
