My tank has cycled for a month. And today i test P and get 200ppb phosphorus. I bought the tank from other people. Filter media is used, but i clean it and cycle it again.

The Hanna checker max out at 200ppb so could be higher, or, a bad test.

Do a second test. If same 200ppb, then change half the water.

Then retest, if it stays the same, bad test.

When we change water we lower nutrients in terms of nitrate and phosphate.

Any used rock and or sand will have a super high amount of phos for any “restarted” tank.
Any sand over 6 months old will need to be replaced because it can have pockets of toxic waste.
Rocks are typically fine and even encouraged to re use seeing as they dont hold as high of build up. But you will still need to used some phos remover like GFO or liquid remover.

Are you by chance using Tap water for mixing or top off?
Are RODI filters expired if using RO water?
Was tank by chance cleaned with bleach?
