New tank damages, ok to use?

I picked up a new tank second hand today. It’s an Aqueon 75 gallon Maxflow. It still has the manufacturers stickers on it. I looked it over before I bought it and didn’t notice anything wrong with it. But after getting it home I noticed a semicircular chip on the back seam of the tank.

It doesn’t seem to have broken through the silicone, and I filled it with water and it doesn’t seem to leak. My question is this tank too compromised to use?

From the picture it looks fine too me but you will probably get answers going both ways. Just listen too you’re inner voice.
