New tank, hate my rocks.

Just transferred many of my fish out of a 35 gallon along with coral to a 55 gallon. I love it all but I’m starting to hate my aqua scape. Just bought some dry rock today and I cannot seem to find any sort of arrangement I want// when I try to redo it, it’s a crazy headache lol

what do you guys think of the rock work right now? Keep it or ditch it?
The small purple rock is my GSP. Not doing as well since transfer but it’s getting there

Looks good to me! I couldn't do half as well!

There's nothing necessarily wrong with your rockscape, other than you may not be utilizing as much of the width and height of your tank. Fish love caves, ledges (etc.) to hide in, so you could always create a smaller landscape of small islands and caves in front.

Thanks! It’s a love hate relationship right now just because my tank is taller rather than wider, I’d like some height to my tank but I’ll cross that bridge when I need to I guess hahah

Research the golden rule and the rule of thirds in aquascaping. My wife thought i was nuts but my scape came out nice imo. Download the phone app and experiment
