New tank! Help me stock it :D

A friend of mine is giving me her JBJ 24 gal cube:

Now I have to decide how to stock it!
Can anyone help me with figuring out what I CANNOT grow with the stock lights?

I think it's more for LPS and softies. But stocking shouldn't be an issue. There is 10 gallon AIO on nano-reef which is this months featured tank, that has 6 fish including a puffer. You could build around that?
