New tank inhabitants

Hello so I currently have 3 tanks, 25g peninsula, 31g biocube and 10g cube. I want to get a marine x 90.3 (59.3 g display) and combine all of the fish and rocks and use new sand, i have very few corals and fish all are small. Currently I have:
A pair of blue mandarins, Banggai cardinal, starry blenny, orange diamond goby, Royal gramma, bicolor blenny, purple firefish, snowflake clownfish and 2 ocellaris clowns and a few peppermint shrimp. Can I keep all these together in the tank I'm looking at? I know there will be an issue with 3 clowns, but beside that?

Yes. Assuming the pair of mandarins are male/female and already kept together they should be fine.

Yeah the mandarins are the only ones I had for a longer time, got them from Biota so they are good with pellets and frozen food.
