New Tank, Is everything going along OK?

Hey guys, I have a new tank running that has some inhabitants. I just posted about the tank if you are curious what the conditions are like, but I obviously have some algae going on. I just wanted to check and see if anyone knew how my tank is doing so far. I have some algae that i cannot identify, and some that I think is green hair algae. I was hoping someone could tell me if the unidentified algae looks like anything undesirable, or if I am incorrect in my ID of the hair algae. The unidentified algae is present mostly on the glass of my aquarium. Hopefully i get the pictures up correctly the first time, otherwise they will follow

it's hard to tell you how the tank is doing without knowing your test numbers. When you post the test numbers, then we will be able to tell you how your tank is doing.

The unidentified Algae

Sorry, i posted a really thorough thread earlier and didnt wanna write another essay for everyone lol. I have been testing 0 on my nitrates, nitrite, ammonia, and my phosphate for about 7 days now or so. I only use RODI for water changes and pure RODI for top offs. I run a skimmer (in the HOB), chemipure blue, and Seachem Phosphogaurd in a 300 GPH HOB filter with no mechanical filtration.
