New tank, lights on, no algae…?

Tank cycled for one week, fish in for 4 weeks. Turned lights on at week five and there’s no film on glass or rocks after seven days. Parameters look good and steady;
SG 1.025
Temp 76
Nitrate 3-5 (nyos)
Phosphate 0.09 (Hannah)

started with dry rock, bare bottom. No skimmer or fuge, just running filter sock and carbon.

I guess I should have stated my question; should I be seeing uglies forming soon or do I need to add something with algal spores to get the next stage rolling?
