New tank needs new lighting

So next month I'm going to be starting up my new tank. Its 48x24x24. And I've been back and forth on the lighting a few times now and I think what I will end up doing is going with the ATI Sunpower fixture. But I'm torn on how many bulbs will I need? I plan on going with a mix reef. And down the line I may add some acros but it won't be right away. Can I get away with a 4 bulb or will I need more?

Four is fine hung low, six is great. All about the budget.
