Hi, so as some of you know im new to reefing/saltwater.

My tank is doing great, but there is a weird snail/critter that has been in my tank since day 1 (from live rock i think) and i thought it was no issue. Ive read some stories online and want to make sure it isnt a bad thing to have, i dont know what it is, pics below plz help!

Stomatella snail, totally harmless and feed off detritus. They love cleaning

They breed prolifically in tanks as well. As long as you don't have fish that eat them they partially negate the need to have a purchased clean-up crew at all.
