New tank. New stand. Aquarium mat?

Getting a new tank and diy-ing a stand.

Question is where do I get a 3/4 inch styrophone board from to put in between the tank and stand? Most everything I see at homedepots website is insulation with the term "R" coming up. I just want to make sure I am getting the right thing.

Any 2 cents is appreciated, expect a new tank build thread soon!

hi,home depot 4'x8' 3/4" pink foam insulation board,no foil backings..

armstrong ceiling tile in 1/2" . I painted mine black and hit it with a coat of poly. The ceiling tile is what I've been using under tanks since the late 70's ....no tank fails thus far.....
