2 Years later I finally got a Red Sea 170, I filled with it 20 pounds of live sand, about 30 pounds of dry marco rock, 1 bottle of turbo start and a bag of SeaChem Matrix that has been sitting in my AIO sump for 2 years.. lol

Just added a Red Sea 90 light as well.

Now what? With my first tank I had live rock so you can imagine how fast that cycled. Anything I could do to expedite the process? Ive read I should probably throw in some fish food in there as well to feed the bacteria?

Some fish food should work fine. I like to include a piece of LR from an established system to seed the tank with denitrifying bacteria. This will start it up then just hurry up and wait. Once ammonia is 0 you can add a fish and the cycle continues forever. :)
