New tank set up KH Coralline Gro

Set up my 90 gallon acrylic corner tank with old dry rock as a base, and got a 5 gallon buck from a 15 year old tank with live stuff all over. So I was told to use Purple up, and the store sold me KH CG. Now I don't have a KH testing I can't find the level, which would then help me formulate a dose, so I'm kinda stuck on how to dose. Is this one of those things with a 3 day new tank start up when I just dump the whole bottle in?

I wouldn't dump the whole bottle in, no. Get an alkalinity test kit (you'll need one anyway), and then you can figure out how much to dose.
