New tank set up

Hi I have a 60litre tank I’ve run for years but I want to use a 100litre that I had for tropical fish. What can I use to clean it out and would I need to cycle for 3 months or can I transfer Water from old tank to new and just top up with extra water? Can I add new sand?

I use Meyers all natural glass cleaner. Works good. You could transfer all the sand but just remember if you had any detritus and junk built up that will go with it. Might be worth starting with new.i would add a little water to new to help the cycle along though
