New tank slime

I run carbon 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Nitrate is 0, have not check PO4 lately. I lost all my fish to ick and have not replaced yet so I am not feeding any fish.

Might run it all the time - the carbon... but without parameters its hard to know. Like No3, Po4, etc.
