I finished upgrading my 60G reef to a 150G cube today and I suspect from the look of my coral it is too clean. I know coral need acclimation time but my 60G was always just a little dirty and the coral loved it. Obviously the new tank is squeaky clean, I still have my 60 up and running (water/sand) only as the rock went into my 150. I was thinking of doing a 30G water exchange to get some of the good stuff into the new tank. Thoughts?

The new tank now has a good 80-100 lbs of coralline covered mature rock that should help with nutrient export.

New tank
PH 8
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
S.G 1.025

Old tank
PH 8
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 5ppm
S.G 1.025

PO4? Just let it slowly mature... your corals will eventually come back around. I think trying to rush things straight away will have less than perfect results... you may then find yourself trying to reverse nutrient levels!
