I'm getting ready to setup my new 40L Innovative Marine from my previous 20 gallon.

-Should I use some of my old gravel in a net bag in my new tank to transfer some of the old healthy bacteria?

I'm going to be adding the live rock from my old tank into the new tank.
And also will be using One and only.
Is it safe to transfer right away my fish and corals?

should be safe to transfer once rock and sand are moved. I would personally wait if you can to see if any changes in chemistry occur but i'm also super cautious.......

Plenty of bacteria in the rock...shake off any debris in a separate container or aquarium of leftover saltwater

Sand, water, filters don't make enough of a beneficial case to keep any from the transfer.
