New tank. Waterbox?

Hi everyone

I like the 3 foot wide tank and my options I was looking at were the Redsea 250 or the Waterbox 100.3. I am leaning toward the Waterbox 100.3 because the system volume is alittle bigger, 97.2 gal vs 65 gal for the Redsea 250. The foot print is about he same for the two. The water box is 24” front to back and the Redsea 20”. Anyone want to chime in? Advice and opinions are welcome.

Nice. Are you happy with the tank and sump? Any recommendations on equipment?

Love it, very nice tank and sump. It's next to my chair and runs silent. I went with 2 reefbreeder rp-m wavemakers on the back wall, even with the cords they blend in well on the black background. Used a Nyos viper 5.0 for return happy with it so far and hooked right to my return line with included hardware. Used xp aqua duetto for ATO. Still iffy on this, works well but pump quit on me once so will see how lond second one lasts. Customer servive was great tho, called them on friday and had new pump by monday.

Thanks for the input. I’m still in the planning stages. But I’m pretty sure I’m going with the 100.3. I just made a space for it in my home office today.

I have the Red Sea E-260 and like it a lot. Sump adds 12 gallons making it 81 total. 36" long.

I have a RS Reefer nano currently. Im 95% sure ill be going with a Waterbox next... although NYOS is coming out with the Opus which looks interesting. I too, will most likely go to a 3 foot tank...

I put the Red Sea sump for the E260, fits perfect and comes with all the plumbing.

Any thoughts on the innovative Marine INT 75?

What did you decide? I’m looking at the RS S-400, WB 100.3 and maybe WB 130.4 (it fits but just barely).

I’m still undecided. But I am leaning towards the innovative marine Ext 75. I kind of like the idea of the flat back and I get to choose my own sump.
