let's assume a brand new custom made acrylic peninsula tank (more or less, 180cm*80cm)

which overflow and why?
2 simple holes for the tubing?
one all-way long external overflow?
an internal overflow?

please post your acrylic peninsula with details on your overflow, Just to have an idea

this is what i like more

tnx

Probably an Eshopps.
an eshopp for a new tank still to manufacture? eshopp are useful for existing tank, but for a new tank i think would be better to add something natively

Coast to coast, if u can......

On back side,.or on one side, great surface skimming ability, verry little space from display is taken....

Really not fan of in tank overflow boxes.....

Coast to coast slightly under water level, just a straight edge - no slots.

I will use something other than eshoppes on my next tank. The one I just put onto a 40 breeder is super noisy. Trying a few things to quiet it down. Great overflow, otherwise.
