New tank

Started a new 40 gallon breeder frag tank with a 20 g sump. Had my rock cycling in a different tank for about 3 months. Filled it up and added the rock to my symptoms. Tank will be a bare bottom. Just tested for ammonia and it's zero. Tanks been running for about 4 days. I'm thinking that my rock was cycled I don't have to wait to start putting things in the tank?? Is that correct?

Just challenge the system with ammonia and see how quickly it drops

Force a mini cycle and if it drops in the next day or two your good for one or two fish.
Those two fish will cycle it more.
Build it up slowly.
Any thoughts on quarantine your livestock?
