New tank!!!

Just thought I'd share what I picked up today. This 40b will be a seahorse/frag tank. I have a rio1700 for return and 2 koralia 1's for circulation. Also picked up a tunze9002 skimmer seeing I will not have many fish (maybe 2) this skimmer should do the trick! I will be removing bio balls and replacing woth live rock in sump. I am having my second custom LED fixture by onedesign! Will keep you updated with pics on progress. Thx for reading!

Here's the update.... Got all plumbing today, conduit bent to hang lights (which will be paintedand primed tomorrow), cut hole in stand for plumbing to go down to tank, and plumbed not glued yet though. Input?!

With plumbing I did put ball valves and unions as well.

Just an update...painted the bottom of tank black as it will be bb. Thinking the black will make the colors pop and the back was already painted black. And wife will be home tonight from Germany so wish me luck that I don't get thrown out on my keaster!!!

Update...

Here's the update...got the durso and return finished. Notched out a couple teeth on cover so the locline fits through nice. Got my aqua c ev180 to fit with slight modification. The overflow comes down into filtersock, pumped to skimmer, then returned. I plan on some live rock where it overflows into sump as well. Have a rio3100 for skimmer and rio1700 for return.
