I have not added amonia sir. Should I wash the dust out of my filters and add ammonia? A more recent and new test strips arrive tomorrow.

A bottle of ammonia is just a few dollars, you need ammonia of some kind to start the cycle or the tank will never cycle. Right now it is just a glas box with water. Test strips are not very good, you need a proper test kit. Don’t worry about the filters for now, cycling the tank is the first priority.

You really need to get some rock in the tank, the sand is not enough surface area for the bacteria.
