New tank

So I had a75 gallon given to me. I currently have a36 gallon saltwater tank. The new tank has the hang on back filter but is very dirty. What kind of filter should I get? Also what is a good light for the top? I am looking to put coral and fish in this tank.

Any HoB sized right will do just fine. Skimmer in the future would be a good idea. As for lighting, what's the budget?

Hang on back refugium and hang on skimmer such as Ice Cap K2-100
