New to adding flow in biocube

hey all, wondering if I should or need to turn off and on my power heads.. they are cheap a/c non controllable ones that currently run full blast.. do coral need a break from strong current every once in a while? Or am I just over thinking this

I would see on how your corals behave. If they are looking good in high flow I would not change the flow at all. The reason they are doing good is because it is ideal for them.

Some people decrease flow during the night, but I have never done it, so no feedback on that.
