Which kind of corals?
Which lights are you running?
How old is your tank?
Pics would help too.

Tank had been running for about 3 months now. I had a zonathid and anemone

Get a better light

Do you have any power heads?

Yea I have one power head I was told that lighting would be fine for my tank

Get a better light and let your reef mature for a least six months before adding anemones.

I had a similar light in my 30L for almost a year and was seeing no progress a purchased 2 AI prime HD and everything has been so happy and have seen so much growth in just a few months , it's expensive but great lighting is worth every penny

too soon for an anemone. I know. I did the same. I just got another one end of June and it's happy as a clam in a tank almost 10mo old. But my zoas/palys, which were among my first corals, did fine, until bryopsis smothered the zoas. Might be lighting.
