So I’ve been dosing for a few weeks now, but my parameter keep fluctuating, how do you properly dose? Oh am I try to make water changes every week since my corals and fish create a lot of waste.

How old is your tank? What stock to require dosing?
A doser alleviates daily fluctuations as it doses a small amount at a given time per day instead of dosing a daily dose at one time.
I have a Kamoer dosing unit. Kamoer make medical dosers so if the medical industry trusts them I think aquarists can.

I have the readsea reefdose & it's a great unit.hanna checkers make dialling in a lot easier but there's no shortcut if you don't have a KH director etc.just keep testing at the same times of day & tweaking your auto doser until you hit desired stability.
It can feel a bit like trying to nail ice cream to a wall but persevere!

really need more info, like, what are you dosing? What parameters are changing? How much are you dosing, how often? How ar you dosing? Tank age, size, and inhabitants help...

^^this.
I dose 2 part to three tanks and I don't have a dosing pump. A pump is not a must have IMO unless your dosing large amounts. For the nay sayers I've been manually dosing for several years with no issues. But as @LordofCinder stated you'll need to provide details.
I've not heard that one before but it's a very accurate comparison!!
Getting a doser helps. Red Sea makes some good app controlled ones for reasonable prices.
So I do have a doser, and my tank is about 1 and 3 moths old didn’t need to use a doser since I had a few corals but now I have a lot of euphyllias, Tracy, nem, acan, zoas (which I just got a killer deal on OG Strats ) mushrooms
