New to dosing

Hey guys new to dosing but not Reefing. What are some good amounts to dose in the beginning. The doser is a jebao. Tank is 140 display with 35 gallon sump.
parameters are
Alk 8
Calcium 325
Nitate 15
Salinity 1.026
Phosphates .09

my tank is a mixed reef with about 10 different acros including a softball sized birds nest. I do a 30 gallon water change once a week using aquavitro salinity. I will be using brs calcium, soda ash and magnesium

The best thing to do is test it one day, then test it again the next day at the same time. Then dose how much you lost and adjust from there.
