Hello my name is joe I'm kinda new to the hobby I have a question about branching hammer coral do they usually not come out as much when they are producing more stalk

They usually come out the same, the new stalks come from the under sides when they are fully extended.

Water parameters, lighting, fish picking at it.

I have 4 54w t5 lights and 60w cf on a 55 gallon but I think my phosphates might be high

Lighting looks good. Need to test the Phosphates, check TDS on RO water also.

Total Dissolved Solids. You want to check for this coming out of the RO. You want them to be 0.

All my other stuff is doing good my trumpet coral my brain coral my Kenya trees and my other head of hammer it's just one clump of hammer

May be your phosphate levels, I don't see a whole lot of Coralline growing, and I see algae growing on the rocks. That may be the issue.

That's what I figure about 2 months ago I had a crash because my babysitter would over feed everything while me and my wife were at work so the parameters were all screwed up I've just got my amonia nitrites nitrates back in order

Right on. You'll be ok once the params come back in line.
