New to hobby - Fluval 13.5 - Need some help with identification.

Hey there! So I'm new to the hobby of saltwater tanks and thought I'd start small. I've had everything up and running for about a month. I have a fire dart goby who was my first fish about a week and a half ago. I added a blood shrimp a few days after that and added two ORA ocellaris clowns today. I also received a bunch of goodies from IPSF about a week ago. I had a big diatom bloom, but the items from IPSF instantly took care of it. Everything seems well and awesome, but one of the first corals I purchased from the LFS (GSP) started to develop really bad
algae on it, the type that looks a bit long with a leaf on one side that looks like a feather, I forget the name, starts with a "b". So I figured either trash it or try to save it. I did the hydrogen peroxide dip with 50/50 tanks water and solution for 2 mins 15 seconds, rinsed in fresh saltwater, and put back in the tank two days ago. The algae have all died off and the purple mat is all clean, however, I have not seen it open yet and there is this strange, very fluorescent red/pink now exposed that's glowing on the rock/frag beneath it. I'm not sure if this might have been a reaction with the rock/frag/algae but I never noticed it before. I took the picture with the white light on, but it really stands out with the blue light, but it's hard to see with the camera, maybe someone can help me ID it. Thanks!

bryopsis is the word you seek. A lot of us try to forget that word. I cant see the orange, perhaps its a bit of cyano, that sometimes glows red or orange, Does it blow off easily? Your tank is new, you will see a lot of phases where different things flourish. dont be alarmed, its normal!

Yes, that was it! Thank you. I thought the same thing about the cyano, but wouldn't the hydrogen peroxide kill it? It does not blow off and doesn't seem dusty.

If it doesnt blow off its not cyano. I cant see it, but no need to panic, let it grow!
