Hey everyone! Just started in the reef community so still learning a lot!
When using Dr.Tims one and only, can I turn on lights at all as long as the UV lights are on or should I not turn them on at all?

recommended to leave the lights off until after the cycle is done.

Up to you on lights. Unless you are referring to a uv sterilizer, which you don't need with a new tank. The tank will cycle and you will get the uglies regardless. Welcome!
