Hello,

Tank Parameters:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
PH: 7.6
Calcium: 415
Alk: 9.1
Mag: 1440

Lights: Kessil A160WE

(not sure on my PO4 as I am waiting on that test kit).
I know my PH is low, but I am really worried about dosing or anything to try and chase the PH (it has been this PH for over a year now) I will be doing a build thread soon with more detail if that helps!

I have a candy cane button coral that is just not opening up. I have a Duncan that seems to be doing well (outside of maybe bleaching at the tips?), and a Hammer that has opened up. The corals have been in my tank for 6 days now. I am attaching pictures. I have tried to move the candy cane to the spot with the lowest flow in my tank, as he seems to have not enjoyed the flow that was on the bottom of the tank (he was recessing and his skeleton was starting to show). If you have any ideas I am all ears! (I have also spot feed them 2x). Thank you all for your time!

Everything looks just fine. I might suggest cutting down in the feeding a bit. Or at least until things get a little more established.
As for your PH, don't sweat it. It's not that low. If you feel it is an issue, you could get as much fresh air to the tank as possible. Some have run a line to their skimmer directly from the outside with good results, but in your case, I wouldn't stress all that much.

So its normal for the candy cane to be so shut tight? The other two corals opened up within an hour or two of being introduced. I can clearly see some of the skeleton underneath the CC and I swear that it sometimes gets more flesh and then loses some flesh over a few hours time frame!

The candy cane doesn't look all that recessed to me. They don't open like Duncan's or Euphillia do. The smaller head on the CC doesn't looks as happy as the larger, but that may be due to being a relatively new addition to the tank.
Your lighting seems adequate, but wondering at what intensity you are running your lights. LPS aren't as finicky as SPS, but with the exception of the Euphillia, your corals dont require, and may react adversly to being blasted

This is my current lighting schedule:

time: Color - Intensity
11: 0% 5%
13: 25% 10%
16: 70% 15%
19: 55% 10%
22: 0% 5%
24: 0% 0%

Your lighting schedule looks great. As things settle in a bit more, and given an adjustment period, you may find that you could even up the intensity a bit more. Just go SLOW when upping things.

If none of your frags came out then maybe I would worry, but if one frag isn't quit coming out yet I wouldn't worry, I have had hammer frags take up to 2 weeks before the foot comes out and they fully extend. You should see some difference between days, maybe extend a little more each day or maybe a little more movement in the tentacles, or maybe just look a little happier for lack of a better word.
