I have been in this hobby going on 15 years
I have been a member of Reef2reef as a hobbyist and never posted much
That hobby turned into a at home business and then onto frag swaps and local sales
But now I own a retail shop in Louisville Ky
Whitlyn Aquatics Louisville
we have been in business 2 years now and things are definitely on the come up
We are a saltwater only reef shop

Fritz Aquatics
Aqua illumination

Simplicity
And Planet aquariums
We have approximately 5000 gallons of saltwater in the shop including
Inverts
Predator fish
Reef fish
Captive bred clownfish
Sps lps softie corals
Most of these corals have been aquacultured right in our shop and growout systems

Out main goal at Whitlyn Aquatics Louisville is to be as informative as possible and send you home with a better understanding of chemistry and husbandry for your personal reef system at home

We strive to run a honest and trustworthy partnership between suppliers and consumers

At the end of the day we are all learning about these amazing animals and we aren’t too proud to admit we don’t know everything

We love constructive criticism and we are always looking to innovate and come up with events and ideas to get reefers active in our local market as well as for the entire reefing community

We look forward to sharing information, learning, selling a few items, and debating within this forum
