New to Quarantine Tank

Hello all, so I’ve been back into the hobby for about 6 months now. I’m taking everyone’s advice and going to set up a quarantine tank. Do you guys keep them running all the time or only get up and going when necessary? Thanks!

I use the new TTM and also treat for parasites.
Requires 2 tanks and no cycling. Takes 2 weeks
