Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the warm welcomes. I will definitely be on here for advice and hope to submit some great pics once we actually get started. I am currently meeting with contractors for the basement renovation and hope to begin actual demo soon.

FYI - it is okay to start a build thread now and bring us along though the entire adventure including the design, build out, setup, and maturing process. Six month or a year from now you may also enjoy looking back and seeing what changed and how it all unfolded. Best of luck!
