Welcome to R2R!:)

Welcome! This is a great place to gather information and make new friends. There are many knowledgeable people here and they are always willing to help. Feel free to ask any questions you have! And..... please post pictures....:)

Hi! Welcome! I know what you mean about expense. I kept a reef tank before I was married. Last year my husband says "I think you should get back into saltwater. You always talk about it." I told him it can be expensive. He said that he knew that. I then said "really expensive". He said he knew that too. What he didn't realize was how expensive. :p There are a lot of dyi-ers here. They can help reduce the costs if you are a handy sort of person. I hope you have fun here. I know I do.

Welcome! My wife says that my reef addiction is still cheaper and better than drugs and hook#&$, then she saw the credit card bill. ;Woot
Enjoy the great community and sage advice. Share and like often!

Welcome to reef2reef. I justify my expenses by telling my wife things like "If I was a smoker this would only be (insert number of days) worth of cigarettes so its a pretty good deal." or "It is on sale so I might as well buy it now." It seems to work she hasn't kicked me out yet :D

Here are a few pics of my tank. It was dirty when I took the pics and I don't currently have the lens to take better pics with but I am getting one soon.

Hola from the Austin area! What part of texas are you in? You need to get hooked up with the frag action in your local area!
I'm in san Antonio. Already a very active member of the local auction page lol. I have a lot of coral for the small tank I have.
