New to R2R some questions I have.

Hello all, im new to R2R but not to the aquarium hobby. Like most of us, ive fallin in love with the reef years back.
So I have a question on how things work. First I would like to know, if say, I have somthing I want to talk about but dont know which place to post it, do I post anywhere and it will be moved? Im curious on this. Sorry im a little new to forums. Second, how does the buying/selling thing work? I have metal halide fixtures and skimmers, some brand new that id like to sell. So how does it work? Say someone wants to buy. Do they send a check in mail? And then I ship or can I use paypal like I do on ebay? Again sorry on my lack of skills in this area. But thankyou in advance guys.

Please make an effort to find the most appropriate forum first. If it's not obvious to you, go with your best guess and if the staff deems it might be better placed elsewhere, we might choose to move it at a later point.

You can start a for sale thread in the selling forums once you've met the requirements of those forums. Please read the stickies in the FS forum and abide by the rules: Selling Forum (livestock)

Payment through PayPal is the popular choice, and for good reason. Both the buyer/seller have a bit of protection this way.
