Hello all. My name is Dan I just wanted to say hi and am looking forward to being part of these forums. I've been into nano reefs since '98 and have never had a tank over 20 gallons. I've been in and out of the hobby and all I can say it's in my blood and am never giving it up again. I currently have a 20G long with PAR38 LED lighting and would be happy to pass on any knowledge if you have any questions. I'm still learning everyday and after all these years still feel like I'm an amateur. Once I'm satisfied with my tank I'll post a pic of my setup. It's most definitely a work in progress.

Dan

Welcome to R2R!

If I waited until I was satisfied with my tank to show a picture then no one would ever see it.

Another BIG WELCOME aboard R2R, nice to add some more West-coasters to the membership base here. Looking forward to your build thread.

Cheers, Todd

Welcome Aboard, Dan!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I guess you're right about not being satisfied with our tanks because I'll probably NEVER be 100% satisfied but I guess that's a good thing because it keeps me striving to do better. I hope to get some pics up later tonight.

So here's a very poor picture of my tank but you get the idea. It's a 20L and I'm running three PAR38 bulbs over it. I have a Tunze 9002 nano skimmer running pretty much 24/7 along with a mangrove/macro algae hang on refugium (not pictured). I'll take some pictures of the whole set up later tonight. Thanks again for the warm welcome everyone!
