Hi all,
I'm new to R2R but been on nano-reef and Reef Central. Been in the hobby since 2005 but took so time off. Ive got the itch again and will be starting out a new tank. I've always liked the look of a shallow cube since you can view the tank on different angles. Currently on vacation in California and will be ordering my tank when I get back home to the 6ix (Toronto). Looking for mixed reef (SPS/LPS) with some fishies. Flame wrasse has always been one of my favourite fishes.
My plans will be as followed:
Equipment
Tank: (24 x 24 x 11 inches) - Starfire Custom by Miracles
Sump: (23.5 x 23.5 x 15.75 inches) - Custom
Lighting: Ecotech Radion xr30 gen 3 (upgraded)
Flow: 1 x Vortech MP10WES
Skimmer: Reef Octopus Diablo 160XS
Return: Eheim Compact 2000
Doser: Still deciding if I should get one or not
Controller: Apex Jr w/ Pm1 & pm2
Auto Top Off: Avast
Everything still in the planning process. I'll probably start a build thread once I get back home and have the actual equipment.
Have a good night people.
