Simon I’m closer than you think , I’m just across the channel in Holland :p... but I was born in good ol’ Blackpool !!!:D:D
My Mistake Jason ;Happy I should of noticed :D Been to Blackpool :) thanks for the likes !! I'm breaking the cube down next year, rescape from the foundation up ;)

Welcome to R2R!

I am due to do a breakdown early next year, i.e. Change the sand and rocks etc.

You shouldn't have to do this, sounds to me like something is out of balance.

Well thanks Floyd for the very warm welcome:)
The reason I have behind is that I suffer with fairly high Nitrates that seemed to be bound up in my Caribsea dry rock also the rock is starting to crumble in parts so that would be my reasoning for a change along with the sand. My Nitrates are hovering around 25ppm I do not suffer from algae issues and all parameters are in check as it's a established cube.

Welcome to R2R and thanks for introducing yourself

Welcome home, you will love it here!

Nice tank, thanks for sharing!

For flow, I think it depends on so many factors that I play it by ear! If it makes the tank “dusty” or blows things around it shouldn’t, it’s too much. Otherwise, I doubt one can have too much flow! :)
